Our Fibre packages have a permanence of 12 months with a penalty of €120 in case of early cancellation. WiFi router included in assignment. We will leave the router installed and configured in your home and, if you want to unsubscribe, you can return it free of charge. If you prefer, you can keep it for €100 (VAT incl.).

You won´t have to pay for the installation, or maintenance costs, we will take care of all the expenses at no additional cost.
Fixed landline included
We are aware that some of you prefer having a fixed landline at home, so we always include the fixed landline with our fibre optics service.

If you run out of data on your sim tariff, you will still be able to browse the internet at lower speed and no additional cost.
1. Is there a permanency if I contract Populoos fibre optics or a mobile SIM tariff?
Our most mobile internet rates, whether fibre or other technology, have a 6-month term (this applies to new registrations and technology changes). In case you request a rate change, you will have a stay of 12 months.
Keep in mind that if you decide to unsubscribe during the permanence period, you will be charged a penalty of €120 (+IVA). In addition, regardless of when the cancellation is made, at the end of the service you will have to return the router within a period of 30 days, if you decide to keep it, the cost of it would be charged: €100 for a Fibre router. (+IVA).
2. Do I have to pay for the fibre optics installation?
No, the fibre optics installation is completely free, with no additional costs.
3. Can I add more mobiles lines to my fibre optics and SIM tariff?
Of course! You can add more mobile lines at a reduced rate or contract one of our fibre optics and shared SIM tariffs which includes 2 or 3 mobile lines with unlimited calls and shared data. It´s your choice!
4. Can I contract internet and a mobile tariff without a fixed landline?
All our internet and mobile tariffs include a fixed landline. It is the customer who decides if they use the landline service or not.
5. How can I check if I have fibre optics coverage in my property?
Complete our fibre optics coverage check form and we will inform you.
6. Is there a package that includes the TV service with the fibre and mobile?
You can add the basic Agile TV service to your fibre and mobile package for 6€ a month.
7. What internet speed is the most suitable for my property?
It depends on the number of devices you want to connect to the internet simultaneously. For a normal family household, speeds of up to 300MB is enough, but if someone in your family works from home and/or streams from the internet frequently, we recommend going for the 600Mb fibre optics connection.
