FAQ

Before contracting fiber for students, make sure that we have coverage at your home. You can do this by filling out our form and/or calling us directly at 900 696 101.
Our fiber for students without permanence has been designed with your needs in mind, so when summer arrives you can suspend the service, paying only the maintenance costs (€3/month), so when you return in September you will only have to let us know and we will reactivate you the service with the same conditions.
Internet rates for students do not have a maximum number of suspensions, you can do it as many times as you want, and we also do not have a maximum limit of months in which the service can be suspended, so, if you go on Erasmus, you can also leave your fiber on standby ;).
Nothing! We leave you the router for free, so when you leave the apartment you only have to return it to the address we indicate within 30 days. And if, for whatever reason, you want to keep it, you can do so by paying €100 (+VAT).
If you need to activate the temporary suspension, you just have to contact us, either through our website, by calling our customer service number or by visiting one of our stores. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure that your connection is paused according to your needs. As good neighbors do!
