As a matter of fact, fibre optics internet offers speeds of up to 1Gbps and adsl internet can only reach 30Mbps.

Symmetrical fibre optics is the most up to date method to transfer data by cable, capable of transmitting and receiving information at high speeds, keeping the same upload and download speed. This could make your town's festival days viral!

The download speed refers to the speed at which you download a file from the internet. The upload speed refers to the speed at which you upload a file to the internet.

It depends on the number of devices you want to have simultaneously connected to the network. Typically, a speed of 500Mb is more than enough for a family, but if a family member works remotely and/or streams frequently, we recommend that you hire a 1Gb fiber speed offer.

Firstly, we make sure that your property has fibre optics coverage. Secondly, we will contact you to arrange the installation appointment. It normally takes between 2-3 hours. To activate a new landline number it usually takes between 3-5 days and between 8-9 days if you port your landline number

The installation of fibre optics is completely free with no additional costs.

If you contract one of our fibre optics or other internet service, you have a 12-month permanency. If you cancel before, you will have to pay a penalty of up to 120€ (+ IVA).

Furthermore, if you cancel, you will have to return the fibre router (you have up to 30 days) if you choose to keep the router we will charge you 100€ (+IVA).

Yes, all our fibre optics packages include a fixed landline including unlimited calls to Spanish landlines and 60 minutes to Spanish mobiles.
