How to contract a fibre optic package and SIM tariff

  2. Put the date of your fibre optics installation in your diary
    Once you have contracted the service, a qualified engineer will attend your property to install the fibre optics. The installation will normally take between 2 and 3 hours.
  3. Get the SIM will be delivered to your home
    You will receive the SIM in your home address within 72 working hours from the moment you sign the contract.
  4. Changing provider
    If you have requested a portability, it will occur in the early hours of the day to guarantee there will be no loss of service. Insert your new SIM card on the actual day of portability, as instructed to you by SMS message.
