All our rates are included in the refer a friend plan.
We will give you a discount on your monthly bill for the same amount of the rate that your friend has contracted, regardless of whether it is higher and/or lower than your rate. So, for example, if your friend contracts a fibre and mobile rate for 40 euros per month, and you have contracted a mobile rate for 10 euros per month, the first month we will give you a discount of 10 euros, so You will not pay anything for your mobile rate, the second month the same, and so on until you complete the 40 euros of your friend's rate.
When making the sign up, either in a physical store and/or by phone, your friend must indicate the ID of one of your refer a friend plan.
All Populoos clients are automatically assigned five friend plan bonuses each with a unique ID, which is the one you must provide to your friend. These voucher IDs can be consulted from the Populoos customer area, the app and/or directly by calling the Customer Service Department.
